3-day juice feast: Day 1

This day, I will embark on a natural detox, a 3-day juice fast or what I'd like to call a juice feast. No solid food, only fruit, vegetable juices and water. Since I don't trust myself that much. I would like to make a day-to-day journal of my juicing success (or struggles). So now I'm stuck and I know there is no turning back.

Here is my breakfast juice consisting of apples, red beets, cucumber, romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, parsley and carrots.

Masarap naman. It didn't taste like "damo". It tasted like iced green tea latte and that's what I call, mind over matter! :D

Update: I cheated on my first day. Yes, I did. I had a lot of hunger pains during my first day so I gave in. I ate an apple. I also had a hard time resisting the smell of food prepared by my brother. haaayy. but I promised not to give in on day 2. Help me God :)
