I made it! I finished the day without any solid food. I felt a minor headache but nothing crazy. Two down, one to go. We'll see how tomorrow goes.
For breakfast, I made apple and avocado smoothie.
For Lunch, I had apples, beets, lettuce, asitaba leaves and malunggay
For Dinner, I had the same juice as above. In between meals, I also had apple and wheatgrass juice
