House upon a rock or sand

Life isn't about everything being great and not having any problems. Life is all about going through storms and having a strong foundation with God. The foundation may be likened to either a house built upon a rock or sand. Both houses may experience the same kind of storm, same gush of wind, but it can have different outcomes. The other one stays up while the house built on the sand crumbles into pieces. No one ever said that living a life would be easy, sure, there would be problems that will arise every now and then. God never assures us to have a problem-free life on earth but He promises that we will be able to make it through those storms because we have Him as our foundation.
