30 day challenge

"The next 30 days are going to pass whether you like it or not, so why not think about something you have always wanted to try and give it a shot for the next 30 days?” (Matt Cutts)

Inspired by the video of Matt Cutts, I dared myself to embark on a 30 day challenge. That is, I will select a habit that I want to lose or create, do it consistently for 30 days so that I will be able to create a new positive habit.

The key is consistency for 30 days to kick-start a new positive habit.

Here's my 30 day challenge list:

1) Read the Bible - 5 chapters a day

2) Go Pescovegetarian - veggies, fruits, grains, legumes, nuts, fish only; NO other meat, eggs, dairy products, soda, energy drinks ( help me God!)

3) Cook at least one meal for my father and brothers

4) No reading of gossip / blind item sites

5) Be thankful for something/someone and show it via a picture post.

6) Learn two new words

7) Watch or Read some inspiring stories

8) Sleep at 10pm and wake up at 6am

9) Get rid of clutter in the house for one hour

10) Do a good deed or an act of kindness

I'll start on May 29 and end on June 27.

Let's see how this 30 day challenge goes..
