Attended the wonderful wedding of my cousin in Cebu. Weddings are always fun and lovely but I just realized how ridiculously expensive it is to have one. Good thing an expensive wedding need not be a prerequisite for a great marriage. Without those fancy schmancy engagement videos, pre and post nuptial shoots, all that will matter is the love that lasts between two people because it's from God. I just hope that on My own day, I won't get too sucked up into the "Big day" and primarily put my mind on the days after the Big day, that is the marriage rather than the wedding.
Had a blast with my relatives in Cebu. It's also fun to meet up new faces and realize that they are also your relatives. haha. "Carbon copy ka ni mommy mo!", those words I kept on hearing from my mother's childhood friends. :)
Went to a beach, waterfalls, pool, and tilapia fishing area all at the same day. It was tiring but fun. :)
