Pinoy Caprese Salad

Made my own version of Caprese salad. Instead of the usual tomato, basil and mozzarella, I layered it with some cucumbers and and the pinoy version of mozzarella, kesong puti. Drizzled with olive oil and salt. Easiest salad ever.
