Apple juice Fast

My youngest brother just had his apple juice fast for the past two days. And he excreted a good amount of yucky green small stones or what he calls liver stones. And since I was pretty amazed with the success of the flush, I might do it. I'm thinking of starting tomorrow.

* Update: Did it, and sure enough, after two days, the toilet was filled with green stones. I passed at least 30 stones. I didn't realize I had that many. I guess I have to do more apple juice fast this year.

Slooooooow to Anger

I rarely blow a fuse but when I do, it feels like world war 3. It's not something that I am very proud of but I'm working on it. I know that I have to work on my emotions especially handling anger. When I'm up in arms with something or someone, I tend to blurt out words that I regret. And those words really hurt A LOT.

I realize that my anger stems from the sin of pride. Because if I feel that someone has trampled on my right, pride comes in. I get angry because I feel that my expectations are not being met but I have to understand that my sense of entitlement is just a crooked manifestation of my pride. I just have to submit everything to Him and not be a captive of anger. So the next time anger creeps up in my heart, I'll just learn to breathe and submit everything to Him.
