I will be an energy vampire slayer!

Just this week, I went out with some people for a mini-gathering. I was looking forward to it, I was expecting to be happy and joyful when I get home. Instead, I was so depressed when I got home. It was like my energy was sucked out big time. I got home feeling so blue and doubting my future.

Energy vampires. You know who they are. The people who bring you down and who do nothing but make you feel bad about yourself and life in general.


Energy vampires may appear to be concerned with you, asking personal and intrusive questions then afterwards they tend to show how their life is far better than yours by pointing out minute details in your life that they feel is not okay. And they do it subtly and gently and you wouldn't even notice that your neck has been bitten.
