Last Father's day, my brother gifted my dad with Ed Lapiz' books, one of which is "Peace". And since my EQ is relatively low haha, I didn't wait for my dad to finish all of the books. I took "Peace" from my dad and devoured it in one sitting. I like how he uses mostly Tagalog in the book. Hindi nakaka-nosebleed. :) The book is easily relatable as it pokes humor on everyday thoughts and Filipino culture. I'm pretty sure even a gradeschooler would appreciate it.
"Don't kill yourself with worry...Don't fast-forward life's concerns. Ang turo niya sa Matt 6:11, "Give us today our daily bread."
